                               RESOLUTION NO. 20633
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
                  CHANGE ORDER NO. 2, NORTHWEST GEORGIA SEWER
                  SYSTEM, WITH PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, INC.,
                  CONSULTING ENGINEERS, WHICH CHANGE ORDER
                  INCREASES THE CONTRACT AMOUNT BY SEVENTY-EIGHT
                  THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($78,500.00)
                  FOR REDESIGN OF THE LAKEVIEW INTERCEPTOR, FOR
                  A REVISED TOTAL CONTRACT PRICE OF FOUR HUNDRED
                  SEVENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS
                  ($478,500.00).
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of Change Order No. 2, Northwest Georgia Sewer System,
       with Professional Services, Inc., Consulting Engineers, which
       change order increases the contract amount by $78,500.00 for
       redesign of the Lakeview Interceptor, for a revised total 
contract
       price of $478,500.00; and the repayment schedule should be 
amended
       to reflect the following:
                 Walker County, Georgia	       	    $ 82,750.00
                 Catoosa County, Georgia       	    $143,750.00
                 Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia      	    $ 41,750.00
                 Chattanooga Regional System   	    $210,250.00
